CANCELLATION POLICY.
For a non-refundable rate, the amount paid will not be refunded under any circumstances, even if the cancellation is made in advance. By making the reservation, you accept that the payment made will not be refunded in case of cancellation, modification, or no-show at the hotel. Please note that any changes or cancellations must be made exclusively via EMAIL or FAX. Please send an EMAIL to reservas@hotelcaribeibiza.com or a FAX to 0034 971 33 97 27, clearly stating your reservation number, which can be found in your confirmation email. Your cancellation request will require written confirmation from us via email or fax.
PRIVACY POLICY. HOTEL CARIBE S.L. is committed to applying current legislation regarding personal data and, specifically, Spanish Organic Law 15/1999, 13th December, regarding personal data protection. At the time of your reservation, your personal details will be stored in our personal data files for the purpose of managing all necessary steps to administer the services requested by you and maintaining an appropriate commercial relationship with you. None of the details you provide will be shared with any third-party organisation. Booking conditions
BOOKING GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Making a booking through the webpage www.hotelcaribe.com implies the express acceptance by the client of all and every general condition considered an integral part of the reservation, which is governed by the applicable specific legislation.
BOOKINGS AND REFUNDS: At the time of the reservation, we will require the deposit indicated in the payment page, which can be paid via a secure card payment or bank transfer. The reservation will not be confirmed until the deposit has been received. The remaining amount must be paid at the beginning of the provision of the service. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of the reservation, as stated under the conditions of the Cancellation section. The client shall receive the details of their reservation by email, together with a booking reference number, all related information, the terms and conditions and refund policy. The transaction will be carried out in EUROS notwithstanding the origin of the client or the accommodation selected.
THE RESERVATION INCLUDES: all services detailed under the conditions stipulated by the tourist establishment selected when making a booking, including value-added tax.
CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES: It is the client's sole and exclusive responsibility to provide exact details at the time of booking. Incorrect details could result in the cancellation of the booking. The security of your credit card payment is of our greatest concern. Hotelcaribeibiza.com uses the most sophisticated online transaction system: virtual VPOS (Virtual Point of Sale terminal). All communications, accommodation bookings and payment transactions are carried out in the safest way available. Your reservation will receive the highest protection possible. Only your bank will receive your card details.
You will be able to store and print your booking details as well as the general terms and conditions.
PAYMENT. You will be required to make the payment of the balance on your arrival to the hotel or apartment. Via internet. Minimum deposit equivalent to one night. This payment is processed using the most sophisticated online transaction system available: Virtual Point of Sale terminal. The system will send a voucher to your email address containing your booking details, amount of deposit paid and balance to be paid on your arrival to your accommodation. The minimum deposit equivalent to the price of the 1st night is applicable all year round.
CARD PAYMENTS. Depending on the country, it may take up to 5 days for the payment to appear in your card. The transaction will be processed in EUROS, regardless of the origin of the client or the selected accommodation. Check-in: rooms or apartments will be available after 12.00 pm on the date of your arrival, according to international convention. Some hotels and apartments have a check-out time of 12.00 pm, in which case the room will need to be cleaned and will not available until 2.00 pm. You must take this into account if you are expecting to arrive before noon. Your reservation includes all services according to the booking conditions stipulated by the individual tourist establishment at the point of booking. Value-added taxes are included. Check-out: you will need to leave your room at noon on the day of departure. This is particularly important if you are returning on a night flight and you have no plans to leave your hotel/apartment until late afternoon or even after midnight. If you come in the early hours of the morning and occupy your room immediately, this will count as your first night. On your departure, you may need to wait for a long time between leaving the hotel and going to the airport. Please check with Reception about the possibility of a late check-out (additional charges apply).
